Exceptional service. The driver arrived on time—early, in fact—and proactively communicated to offer flexibility should I wish to depart sooner. He was extremely polite and courteous, opened the door for me, and assisted with loading my luggage into the trunk. We had a pleasant conversation, and after having been awake for more than 48 hours, I fell asleep; he gently woke me upon arrival. I cannot say enough positive things about this experience and have already arranged for them to take me home. I am very much looking forward to it.

Excellent service from Toronto Pearson to Grand Bend. Our driver (Lary) met us early as we got through immigration faster than expected.
