DRIVER: Excellent at all times. CAR: annoying noise that it was near the driver rear of the car, and the fabric started to peel by the door piller. It was also chilling in the back because there was no controls. I was shocked to find out later I was in a newer Lexus.

I live in Alberta, and my children live in St. Catharines, Niagara. I used this service to pick them up from their home and take them to Pearson International Airport. The driver arrived on time, communicated clearly, and kept my kids safe throughout the trip. I was able to speak with them on the phone, and I received a text confirming they were dropped off safely with their luggage. The service was quick, reliable, and very professional. Exceptional service. The driver arrived on time—early, in fact—and proactively communicated to offer flexibility should I wish to depart sooner. He was extremely polite and courteous, opened the door for me, and assisted with loading my luggage into the trunk. We had a pleasant conversation, and after having been awake for more than 48 hours, I fell asleep; he gently woke me upon arrival. I cannot say enough positive things about this experience and have already arranged for them to take me home. I am very much looking forward to it.
